All returns will be refunded for 100% of the cost of your item. This does not include shipping cost at the time of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable if your package has shipped and been marked as “delivered.”
For all returns/exchanges, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Returns are processed as store credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card. You can use it to purchase a new item at any time.
All delivered items are subject to the return policy, regardless of purchase intent (i.e., weddings, events, occasions, birthdays, etc.).

🚫Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

We aren’t liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. So please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

**Small threads protruding from an item also don’t constitute a defective item. This is a common occurrence in the fashion industry and can be resolved with by scissors or nail clippers.**
