Once an order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number, which can be used to track order on our partner courier services i.e. TCS and Leopards.
Order placed before 1:00 PM are usually dispatched same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekend (Sat-Sun) are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched next day.
Orders are dispatched through TCS/Leopard courier services using overnight and 2day express services, depending on your choice at checkout.
In some cases your order may take more days to arrive.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, please contact us.
Please contact us immediately after placing order. Once an order is dispatched, we wouldn’t be able to change shipping address.
It depends on number of items in an order. if your order is shipped in multiple packages, you’ll see multiple tracking numbers.

At the moment, we only ship to Pakistan. If you want it shipped outside Pakistan, please contact us for special arrangements.
